Returns
If you wish to return any item purchased from us, you must initiate the return within two (2) working days from the date the shipment is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the item is damaged, you are required to provide photographic evidence of the damage. For any other issues, please clearly describe the problem and provide supporting evidence where applicable.
Refunds

- We will then inspect the item to verify the reported issue or damage and inform you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (such as your credit/debit card or other payment mode used at the time of purchase).
- The refund will be processed within a few days, subject to your payment provider’s policies.

Please note that customers are responsible for bearing the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
